The Committee on Culture and Spirituality recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Publishing Business" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.No.3443) specifies the terms and certain regulations of the effective Law concerning inclusion of publishing entities into the State Register of publishers, producers and distributors of printed matter, issue and cancellation of a relevant certificate, etc.

Adoption of the Bill will create favourable conditions for the activity of publishing entities in a favourable legal framework.
